An Update For All Our Customers

We wanted to provide all our valued customers with an update on how we’re conducting business during the current coronavirus outbreak.

As of today, we’re still operating as usual, and our suppliers are still shipping to us on our normal weekly schedule. We haven’t made changes to our hours, and we don’t have any plans to temporarily close our store unless mandated by the local, state or federal authorities.

STORE HOURS: We’re still staying open Monday-Friday, from 10am – 8 pm, and Saturday from 10am – 6pm. We’re always closed on Sunday.

ONLINE: We will still answer all emails and man out Chat feature on our website during normal business hours. Many people may wish to take advantage of having their questions answered remotely if they are more comfortable staying at home. SALE EVENTS: We will be extending all current sale offers for those who are unable to visit our store during the current situation. If you’re sick, please stay home and take care of yourself. Helping to contain the spread of this virus and maintaining your health is more important to us than any specific sales event or promotion.

PICK UP / DELIVERIES: We are still loading and securing items picked up here at the store as normal. For those clients who have contracted for a local delivery, our delivery service is still conducting business as usual for the time being.

STORE CLEANLINESS: The good news is that we’ve always been quite fastidious about the cleanliness of our store, so we’ve only had to make slight modifications to our normal cleaning routine. We are disinfecting all hard surfaces such as door handles, desktops and credit card terminals after each customer visit. We are also using an atomized virus disinfectant for all porous surfaces between customer visits.
