Shelby Township, MI- February 11, 2015 – Mattress To Go owner Jeff Scheuer announced that Mattress To Go recently donated a twin mattress set and bed frame to the Abigayle Ministries. The bedding will be used by the overnight staff of Abigayle Ministries, allowing them to continue to provide twenty-four hour coverage at their facility for homeless mothers and their infants.

“We are happy to continue our history of donating to Abigayle Ministries,” stated Mattress To Go owner Jeff Scheuer. “The work they perform there is admirable and it is necessary to have staff available around the clock to assist these homeless mothers and their infants.”

“Mattress To Go’s partnership is valued and essential in allowing us to continue to minister to the women who reside here and are so in need of our service,” added Abigayle Ministries Administrative Director Mary Roberts.

About Abigayle Ministries:
The Abigayle Ministries is comprised of two programs. Their residential program provides support and housing to homeless pregnant women who stay throughout their pregnancy and up to six months postpartum. The resource center program provides struggling families in the community with much needed baby items such as diapers, formula, baby food and children’s clothing. The local outreach ministry depends on monetary and material donations from the community. Volunteers are needed for a diversity of supporting roles in both programs. For more information on opportunities to support Abigayle financially, materially, or as a volunteer contact Susan Meyer, Community Relations Manager, at (586) 323-1411, or
