Mattress To Go is again giving away free coronavirus masks at their store in Shelby Township. This giveaway is set for Tuesday, April 21, from 10am – 2pm.

“Our first free mask giveaway was a huge success on April 14. We went through 100 masks very quickly. So, we decided to offer a second free coronavirus mask giveaway.

“My wife and I (mostly my wife) have made 100 more masks to give away to people. These are really nice masks that can be worn outside or when shopping. This can help our local Shelby Township community comply with CDC recommendations and the requirements of some businesses to wear a mask when visiting their locations.

“Giving back to the local community has always been a hallmark of Mattress To Go, and I thought that this was a way for us to give back during these unique times.”

Community members wanting a free mask should pull up along the curb in front of Mattress To Go’s front door on Tuesday, April 21, between 10am and 2 pm. You should stay in your car and just honk your horn and Jeff will bring you out a mask. There is a limit of two masks per car, as there are 100 masks to give away.

Mattress To Go is located at 51260 Van Dyke Ave., Shelby Township, Mich., on the NE corner of 23 Mile Rd. and Van Dyke.
